It Was a Great Year Selling Real Estate

  1. 2008 was a banner year for Chantilly Ventures. Our agents got serious about business and applied the systems and models we teach in the Millionaire Real Estate Agent..the best seller written by Gary Keller. We applied the 12 Tactics we learned in "Shift". We "got it" Its not about the market it's about what you do! We learned about mindset and action, expense management, leverage...doing more with less, lead generation and lead conversion. We learned about how to catch people in your web through internet lead conversion. Then we talked about pricing ahead of the market and how to make our listing stand out from the competition. We learned about how to create urgency by overcoming buyer reluctance. We became financially savvy by learning all we could so we could help our clients and customers make better decisions. And of course we became masters of the market of the moment...short sales and REO's. We practiced scripts, became smarter and accepted the gift of "Shift". As a result we are sailing a little smoother through these stormy seas and looking forward to an even clearer horzon in 2009.
